Johnny Lake

Johnny Lake is a nationally certified and internationally recognized speaker and trainer in programs focused on leadership, diversity, community-building, cross-cultural interactions skills promoting equity and ethics. He has worked as a teacher, writer and storyteller, working and teaching across the US and Canada.
Mr. Lake graduated from Willamette University with a BS in History and was awarded the Phi Beta Kappa designation for excellence in academic performance. He has a Master’s in Education and an Administrator certification from the University of Oregon and is a Ph.D. candidate in the Educational Leadership.
He is currently serving as an assistant principal at Churchill High School in Eugene. He is also the current Chairman for the State of Oregon Commission on Black Affairs.
